TERMS OF USE
1. MEMBERS
a. A "member" is an individual who applies for membership in accordance with the procedures specified by the Company and in agreement with this Terms of use.
b. “Member information" refers to information regarding a member's attributes disclosed by the member to the Company, as well as information regarding the member's transaction history and other information.
c. This agreement applies to all members and is to be followed during and after the registration process.
2. REGISTRATION
- Membership
Customers who agree to the Terms of use and apply for membership will be eligible for membership after completing the prescribed registration procedures. Membership registration procedures must be completed by the person who will become a member. Registration by a proxy is not permitted.
The Company reserves the right to refuse membership applications from those whose memberships have been revoked in the past or from those whom the Company deems unsuitable for membership.
b. Entering Membership Information
When registering for membership, please read the entry notes carefully and enter the required information accurately in the entry form. Special symbols, old Chinese characters, Roman numerals, etc. may not be used in the registration of member information. If any of these characters are registered, we will change them.
c. Password Management
The password may only be used by the member himself/herself and may not be transferred or lent to a third party.
Members are responsible for managing their passwords, including changing them periodically to prevent others from knowing them.
Any indication of intent made to the Company using a password shall be deemed to be an indication of the member's own intent. Any payment or other actions resulting from such actions shall be the responsibility of the member.
3. CHANGE
a. Members shall promptly notify the Company of any changes in their name, address, or any other information they have provided to the Company.
b. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by failure to register a change. Please note that even if a change is registered, transactions that have already been processed before the change is registered will still be based on the information provided before the change was registered.
4. WITHDRAWAL FROM MENMBER
If a member wishes to cancel his/her membership, he/she must complete the cancellation procedure in person. (The membership will be canceled after the prescribed cancellation procedure is completed.
5. LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP AND INDEMNITY OBLIGATIONS
a. The Company may revoke a member's membership if the member has made a false declaration when applying for membership, if the member has failed to pay for mail-order sales, or if the Company has any other reason to deem the member unsuitable.
b. If a member commits any of the following acts, the member shall be liable for compensation for damages incurred by the Company as a result.
・Unauthorized use of membership numbers and passwords.
・Interfere with our business by accessing and falsifying information on our website or by sending harmful computer programs to our website.
・Infringing the intellectual property rights of the products handled by the Company.
・Any other conduct that violates these Terms of Use.
6. HANDLING OF MEMBER INFORMATION
a. In principle, the Company will not disclose member information to third parties without the prior consent of the member. However, in the following cases, the Company may disclose membership information and other customer information without the prior consent of the member.
・When disclosure is required by law
・When we deem it necessary to protect our rights, interests, reputation, etc.
b. Member information is managed by the Company in accordance with the Company's "Privacy Policy". The Company may use member information for the purpose of providing services to members, improving service content, promoting the use of services, and ensuring the sound and smooth operation of services.
c. The Company may provide information (including advertisements) to members via e-mail newsletters and other methods. If a member does not wish to receive such information, the company will stop providing it if the member notifies it in accordance with the company's specified method. However, the provision of information necessary for the operation of the service cannot be suspended at the request of a member.
7. PROHIBITIONS
When using the Service, members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts.
・Violating the law, these Terms of Use, the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use for the Service, the Terms of Use for shopping on the Service, or any other Terms of Use, etc.
・Injuring the rights, interests, or reputation of the Company or any other third party.
・Conducting any act that may adversely affect the mind or body of a young person or any other act that offends public order and morals.
・Engage in any conduct that may cause inconvenience or discomfort to other users or other third parties.
・Entering false information.
・Transmitting or writing harmful computer programs, e-mails, etc.
・Unauthorized access to our servers or other computers.
・Lending or transferring your password to a third party, or sharing it with a third party.
・Any other activities that the Company deems inappropriate.
8. SUSPENSION OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE
In order to keep the Service in good working condition, the Company may suspend all or part of the Service without notice in any of the following cases.
・When necessary for routine or emergency maintenance of the system.
・When the system is overloaded.
・When system operation becomes difficult due to fire, power failure, sabotage by third parties, etc.

9. CHANGE OR DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE
The Company may, at its discretion, change or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
10. DISCLAIMER
a. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by system interruption, delay, discontinuation, or loss of data due to communication line or computer failure, damage caused by unauthorized access to data, or any other damage caused to members in connection with the Company's services.
b. We do not guarantee that e-mail content sent from our web pages, servers, domains, etc. will be free of computer viruses or other harmful content.
c. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of a member's violation of these Terms of Use, etc.
11. REVISION OF THIS TERMS OF USE
The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions at its discretion, and may also establish supplemental terms and conditions to supplement these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Supplemental Terms and Conditions"). Revisions or supplements to the Terms shall become effective when the revised Terms or Supplemental Terms are posted on the Company's designated website. In this case, members shall be subject to the revised or supplemented Terms and Conditions.
12. GOVERNING LAW/ JURISDICTION
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms of use, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.
